Unfortunately at the time, interest rates had skyrocketed. After 6 months of making our payments, we reached out to Felicia and she was able to find us a significantly lower interest rate and we closed today on our re-fi with a lower payment, just in time for the holidays. Felicia answered all my loan questions and got us an amazing rate and way below our budget! She was attentive and thorough when answering all of my inquiries. She is a caring person that advised me throughout both, the sale of my home and the financing for my new home. Her attention to detail made it much easier for me to facilitate both transactions; getting the best deal on both. She started by asking me about how I felt about my home. Also, questions related to upgrades that I had completed during ownership. After that conversation, she created a professional home tour and web site for prospective buyers. She incorporated most of my heartfelt details into the brochure and home tour. Amazing results. My home sold on the first weekend, over asking price! Great job!
